Softlogic Information Technologies appointed as a Dell Premier Partner
Jan 09, 2013 (SLBO) - Softlogic Information Technologies, a pioneering subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC and one of the island's premier IT solutions companies, has been appointed Dell's Premier Partner in Sri Lanka.
The prestigious Premier Partner status is awarded by Dell's PartnerDirect Program along with the Global Commercial Channels team. With this appointment as Sri Lanka's first Dell Premier Partner, Softlogic Information Technologies joins an elite group of Premier Partners in the Asia Pacific region. The Premier Partner status allows the company to better utilize their expertise, enhance opportunities in the market and provide greater differentiation in their products and services.
In order to achieve Premier Partner status, a company should be a Dell Registered Partner. In addition to this, the company should complete several certifications and training courses while also ensuring a minimum sales target over four consecutive quarters.
Speaking about this latest achievement of the company, Roshan Rassool- Director/CEO Softlogic Information Technologies stated, "This is indeed a momentous occasion not only for our company, but also for Sri Lanka as a whole. Being appointed as the island's first 'Premier Partner' of a giant global brand such as Dell speaks volumes of the high standards our company has achieved over the years."
