'The Coast' - Redefining ocean cuisine in an unmatched ambiance
Jan 21, 2013 (SLBO) - Located on the picturesque and trendy coastline at the end of Wasala Road in Dehiwela, 'The Coast' is the latest beach restaurant which redefines the concept of 'Ocean Cuisine'.

"A unique feature is the fresh seafood caught daily by the local Dehiwela fisher folk which we serve to our patrons. In fact classic dishes redesigned with a contemporary edge, created using quality ingredients, are the focus of our seasonal menu", say the duo.
"Dehiwela and neighbouring Wellawatte present a vibrant customer base with a mixed, social blend of both Sri Lankans and foreign nationals. These are people who don't want to waste time stuck in traffic but would rather dine a few minutes away from home, or pick up an affordable take-away.
